I finally moved to my new apartment in DC this past weekend. The place is amazing. I'm living with Dave from college in a two-bedroom apartment just a few blocks north of Dupont Circle. The location is ideal. Really everything about this new place is so exciting, and I can't wait until I can begin my life there in a few weeks. I made sure to bring the camera along this time, as many of you surely want to see what this new place is all about.
Here is our 14 foot U-haul in my driveway. This thing managed to make it all the way up to DC with no problem. You can't really tell, but there was a lot of stuff in there.
I've also got some shots here of my bedroom, the living room area, and the kitchen. This place actually has two levels which is pretty cool and the hardwood floors aren't too shabby either. The landlord really fixed the place up nice during the two week interim period before we took over the lease.

I'm back in Atlanta now and I'll be traveling to England this weekend. There should be a few posts upcoming between now and then...now I just have to see if I've exceeded my allotment of storage space on TypePad.
Nice place. My photo-entry isn't quite complete as I've realized that I'm rather slow to move when my new place is only 2.5 miles away, my girlfriend comes to visit, I have to buy a new car, and I realize that I'm absolutely poor until I get those loan checks.
Nevertheless, I'll update soon. I promise.

p.s. All I really meant to comment on was the prominence of your jazz in the moving truck picture.
